Cayuga Lake From Ithaca

We will be paddling on Cayuga Lake. Be sure that you are properly dressed for the paddle and have all appropriate equipment. Be sure to bring your spray skirt. Because of possible wind and wave conditions, this trip is recommended for experienced paddlers. We will meet at 12:00 PM at the Allen H. Treman State Marine Park boat launch.

Directions from Syracuse: Take Interstate 81 south from Syracuse to Route 13 in Cortland. Take Route 13 south to Ithaca. In Ithaca, after Route 13 becomes one-way in each direction, look for Routes 89 & 96. This will be a right turn with an Enterprise Rent-a-Car on the right. Across the little bridge, take another right on Route 89 North. The entrance to the Allen H. Treman State Marine Park boat launch is about 1 mile from that turn. The park entrance will be on the right. After you enter the park, look for signs that say "Boat Launch Ramp". Be prepared to pay a fee for parking.
