Whether you are new to kayaking or just looking for new paddling destinations and new paddlers with whom to share the experience, we welcome to join us at the banquet. Be sure to make you reservation and send your check to the address above.

Kevin Stiegelmaier, author of Canoeing and Kayaking New York, will be speaking about his adventures (both good and bad) paddling throughout the state. Come find out all that New York has to offer and get some ideas for trips of your own.

Those wishing to paddle on Oneida Lake before the banquet will meet at 11:00 AM at the Fish Bay Restaurant. Please be sure that you are properly dressed for the paddle and have all appropriate equipment.

Thank-you to all of you who have sent in your reservations/membership renewals! If you have not done that yet, this will be your last reminder - advance payment for the April 19th season kick-off banquet is $16 and includes membership renewal for returning members; the price at the door is $20. Only those who pay prior to the banquet will be issued a 2009 membership card, so if you plan to renew or know of anyone thinking of joining, please get the information and check mailed in now. New or renewing members who do not attend the banquet will have their cards mailed to them as soon as the 2009 waiver is received.
