Florida Trip
January 23-30, 2010

We are looking at Sanibel Island on the Gulf Coast of Florida for the
week of January 23-30. There appear to be several paddling
opportunities. Check out Tarpon Bay and Calusa Blueway Trail.
There are also 27 miles of bike trails in the 5000 acre Ding Darling
Nature Refuge. Have looked into the Waterside Inn for Lodging. Can also
check through Royal Shell vacations.com for condo listings. Would
appreciate any input anyone has about the island. Can plan more when we
have an idea who might like to be part of this little adventure. We
would fly into fort Meyers and would have to rent cars.
