Message: I have found the north branch of the moose river to be a great place to kayak, if you want to experience true wilderness. You can be dropped off at North St, in Old Forge, or further north at Lake Rondeau area for a longer ride. You are basicaly floating downstream, there are lots of curves and sand bars to stop at. There are several businesses in town that will take you and your kayak to the drop off point. |
