I also agree, but wonder if perhaps the problem is in the wording on the schedule page. Maybe something on the order of meet at 12:30 for a 1:00 sharp launch. And then stick to it as a matter of club policy. If you get there late, even by a minute, as the rest of us who are already in our boats and on the water depart, well it's up to the late arrival to paddle like they hear banjo music to catch up to those of us that are on time.
